For online internet based connectivity, WiseMo provides myCloud, a subscription based solution, where you get a set of Cloud based remote control tools as well as your private remote control space (domain) in the Cloud.
Internet remote control connectivity
myCloud gives you secure and fast access to your PCs, Mac, Tablets, Smartphones and other mobile devices. You can access those devices wherever you have Internet access. From your Windows PC, Mac, or via one of our Apps for your Smartphones and Tablets on Android or iOS.
Use a Browser to connect and control
Browser remote control is simple. Open a browser window from a supported browser and connect to your private remote control domain in the cloud from anywhere. Depending on your computer / operating system, you will be guided to install our Guest module for best performance and most in feature set. On a Windows computer, for example, You can Remote Control, File Transfer, Chat and perform Remote Management tasks, including HW/SW inventory collection for all your myCloud enabled PCs, Mac, Tablets, Smartphones and other mobile devices. By using myCloud you have access to all of the great features of WiseMo – wherever business takes you.
Management and deployment With myCloud you can manage your domain from any browser. Create and manage the users that need remote access to your myCloud-enabled devices and computers. You can also configure or assign pre-configured settings that are embedded into myCloud enabled download links. Pre-configured myCloud enabled modules can be deployed; either via download links directly, or by distributing those links, (eg. via your email, chat system, or myCloud’s feature to send the link to a mobile device via text/SMS ).

WiseMo modules can be enabled for either online myCloud connectivity (Internet), offline LAN connectivity (TCP/IP) or both.
This means you can tailor your WiseMo installation to ensure access to / from the outside via the Internet, while at the same time allowing for direct “internal access” to your devices and computers. You can also have computers / devices you would not want to be accessed via the Internet (myCloud), but only offline, from internal computers – or you may have devices you only need to access via the Internet, eg. Smartphones / mobile devices. With WiseMo, you can match and mix to meet your specific needs.

Mix offline and online connectivity
To prepare a Smartphone, Tablet, Mac or PC for remote control, you need to install and run our software on such device. We call this software our Host module.
Our Guest module is the software that enables you to connect to, and remote control, other Smartphones, Tablets and PCs or Mac computers, that are running our Host software. The Guest module is available as an App or program for installation on your Smartphone, Tablet, Mac or PC.
You connect Guest to Host over the Internet or offline via your network (TCP/IP).
